Who processes your data
The controller of your personal data is Ex Equo d.o.o. (details above). For any question about your data, write to info@ex-equo.si.
What we collect and why
When you write to us through the form or by email, we receive your name or institution, your email address and your message. We use them only to answer your question and, if relevant, to prepare an offer.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering the question you sent).
How long we keep it
We keep messages for at most 12 months after the last exchange. If the enquiry leads to an engagement, we keep them for as long as the rules on business records require.
Who else has access
The website and email are hosted by HostGator (Newfold Digital Inc., USA), which processes data only on our instructions. The servers are in the USA, so data is transferred outside the European Union under the safeguards in our contract with the provider. On every visit the server automatically logs technical data (IP address, time of visit, browser type) needed for operation and security.
We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone else unless the law requires it.
The "Message us on WhatsApp" button opens WhatsApp, a service run by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta). If you write to us there, their terms and privacy policy also apply to that conversation.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are stored on our own server, so visiting the site does not connect you to third-party services.
Your rights
You can at any time ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, or object to processing. Send your request to info@ex-equo.si; we will reply within one month.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
